Article highlights from the National Association of Realtors Today 52% of consumers say it's a good time to sell a home. Trending the same over last year. 57% of consumers say it's a good time to sell a home. Trending up over last month. 41% of consumers believe home prices will go up over the next 12 months. 75% of consumers are NOT concerned about losing their jobs over the next 12 months. The report is saying we may be seeing some effects of the economic recovery or a response to the additional stimulus enacted in December.
